Human rights management
In order to realize the value of respecting human rights, querencia Inc. declares the following human rights policies to support and implement the human rights protection and labor standards of international organizations related to human rights and labor as below

Voluntary work
All work should be voluntary. Workers under forced worker personal restraint contracts (including bonds for debt settlement), involuntary prisoner workers, and trafficking workers are not employed. This includes all acts such as moving, hiring, and transferring the socially underprivileged through intimidation, coercion, kidnapping, and fraud for the purpose of exploiting the labor force.
Prohibition of inhumane behavior
The company should not have rough and inhumane treatment of its workers, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or abusive language. Nor should there be threats of such treatment.
No Discrimination
Ensure that workers are not harassed or illegally discriminated against. There is no discrimination based on race, skin color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political orientation, member status, and marital status in the hiring process and employment practices such as wages, promotions, compensation, and educational opportunities.
Prohibition of child labor
The employment of child workers is prohibited. "child" means a person under the age of 15, the age at which compulsory education ends, and the minimum age of legal employment under local laws and regulations. Youth workers above the legal minimum age of employment may be employed, but workers under the age of 18 should not perform dangerous tasks (including overtime and night work) in sides of safety and health.
Maternity protection
Pregnant workers shall comply with the standards specified in the Act, such as maternity leave, parental leave, and reduction of working hours during childcare in accordance with relevant laws, such as the Act on Equal Employment of Men and Women and Support for Work-Family Balance, and shall not be disadvantaged by pregnancy or childbirth. Harmful and dangerous work is prohibited for the protection of pregnant or nursing workers.
