Using ethical management as the basis of corporate management,

No bribery or request 

No form of illegal or unethical interests or bribes is accepted, offered, or promised to be offered by stakeholders. Unfair requests between executives and employees and stakeholders or between internal executives and employees are prohibited. 

Conflict of interest 

If it is inevitable to avoid a conflict of interest between the company and the individual, act by prioritizing the interests of the company and customers to the legal extent. 

Insider trading 

It shall not divulge confidential information, knowledge, or information directly or indirectly acquired through the performance of its duties or utilize it for the pursuit of personal interests. 

Abuse of authority 

It does not use its job authority or position to exert undue influence or pursue illegal interests of the company or individual. 

Creating and reporting documents 

Do not create or report documents based on manipulated content, such as concealment, reduction, exaggeration, or false content, or share them with internal or external stakeholders. 

No collusion or unfair competition  

We do not agree to engage in acts that unreasonably limit competition with other business operators regarding the price, supply volume, transaction area, transaction terms, etc. of goods or services. We do not obtain information from competitors, partners, or other institutions illegally, and we do not use or disclose information illegally obtained by the company or a third party. 

A fair contract 

Pursue a fair win-win relationship with suppliers, select a legitimate company, issue a contract in writing (including an electronic contract), determine a reasonable unit price, and do not make unfair special agreements or unfair subcontract payments. 

Intellectual property rights 

It protects the trade secrets of business partners in the contractual relationship and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other companies or others. 

Personal Information Protection 

It protects all information related to stakeholders, such as employees and customers, and complies with the Personal Information and Information. Realize customer value

Listen to customers' opinions on products and services, and actively accept customers' legitimate demands and rational proposals. Provide correct and useful information related to products and services to customers to help them make correct decisions, and do not provide false or exaggerated information.
